This site has some cool features, such as the sidebar sticks as you scroll but adjusts for variable heights, random hero images, excellent typography, social sharing on every page -- not just posts, random social sharing meta image for Twitter and Open Graph protocol (Facebook, Pinterest and other social networks that use open graph), and it's very accessible friendly.
The child drop menu is repeated in the sidebar so the other section pages can be easily seen.
